Back

Our next event will take place already on Friday, 16th of May, at the usual time 5:30 PM! It will be collage again, BUT a special type: mosaic and poetry collage!

The creative process is all about deconstructing and reconstructing. This Friday we invite you to look at our scrap materials from a different perspective – notice the most basic qualities, like colors or textures, and create your own shapes out of pre-cut little squares, triangles and dots. Your pictures could also be accompanied by some text – we will have hundreds of words in both Estonian and English waiting for you to arrange them however you wish!

The events are our voluntary project, carried out by TYPA’s ESC volunteer Asia and education manager Karoliina. The aim of this is to reduce the leftover scrap waste we have at TYPA.

Due to the rising prices of snacks there will be a symbolic fee of1 euro so everybody could have a sweet treat to keep up the mood

No registration is required. And, as always, it’s completely fine to also come make more traditional collages or zines if you prefer this over mosaics; we are definitely not running out of scraps

The first rule of Scrap Club is to have fun and be yourself 🌟
