Integratsiooniprogramm: Eesti raamatute illustratsioonid I
Beginning from April 2024 TYPA centre warmly welcomes you to our new education programme “Silmapilk ja sõnajada” which aims to support (the tough journey that is) learning Estonian. The aim of this programme is to introduce Estonian visual and literary culture through different manual and artistic activities while also giving opportunities to improve Estonian skills through discussion, writing and listening. The programme is meant for non-Estonian speaking people who are currently learning Estonian and want to practice it in a museum environment. The whole programme is conducted in simple Estonian.
The next meeting of the programme will take place on 26th November at 5.30 PM and this time the topic is Estonian book graphics. During the programme we will take a look at some of the artworks of famous historical Estonian book illustrators and the illustrations of Estonian literature classics. Then participants can make their own illustration using the linocut technique.
NB! This is the first part of a two-part workshop. It is recommended to take part in the second part on 3 December as well.
More info and registration: here!
We have organised this programme within the Europe Social Fund+ funded project nr 2021-2027.4.07.23-0006 „Eesti keele õpet toetavad tegevused ja kodanikuõpe“.
