Aparaaditehas Market Days // Book Fair

A new event series “Aparaaditehas Market Days“ is launching at Aparaaditehas. Throughout the year, the series will bring together a variety of themed markets created in collaboration with the creative businesses and communities based at Aparaaditehas. The aim of the series is to offer visitors a carefully curated selection of second-hand goods, local design and creative work, provide a platform for smaller creators and vendors, and promote both market culture and reuse culture in Tartu.

The first market is organised in collaboration with Biblioteek, TYPA Centre and Fahrenheit 451° Bookroom, focusing on reading culture – specifically new and second-hand books, notebooks, stationery and other printed goods, but also (used) vinyls.

The market will take place on June 13 from 12:00–16:00 at Aparaaditehas (in Armastuse saalis/Hall of Love, in front of the Biblioteek bookstore, and outdoors in Aparaaditehas’ courtyard if the weather is nice).
