TYPA Workshops at Kastani Street Festival

This weekend, on June 3rd and 4th, we invite everyone to TYPA workshops in the community garden as part of the Kastani Street Festival.

All workshops are free of charge.

Saturday, June 3rd schedule:

• 16:00 – 18:00 Papermaking workshop with Drew Mattot.
• 17:00 Announcement of the linocut contest winners. The prize ceremony will also be broadcasted LIVE on @typacentre Instagram.
• 15:00 – 18:00 DJ kristallvesi

Sunday, June 4th schedule:

• 12:00 – 15:00 DJ kristallvesi
• 15:00 – 17:00 Manhole Cover printing workshop.
• 16:00 – 18:00 Papermaking workshop with Drew Mattot.

The community garden is located near TYPA and Ajuokse Avangaar, in the Samelin courtyard.

Additionally, on Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00 and on Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00, you can take part in Ajuokse Avangaar’s free street art workshops in the community garden:

– Making stickers with artist Alma, and a legal mini wall will be opened where street artist Condrad can guide you in using spray cans if desired.

– Silk screen printing with eco-friendly shirt studio Kuues Planeet.
* Saturday from 2pm – 4pm

• – TYPA’s guest artist Anton Hudo will also be present, working in the Ajuokse Avangaar area and creating spray paintings on-site.
