We are back once more with our successful residency program. We are continuing the program as before, and also this year we can offer support to Ukrainian artists in political and financial need. We still prioritise exciting artists and are looking for artists who wish to explore print, paper and bookmaking. Although they do not have to be professional printmakers, they should have some wish to develop a project using TYPA’s facilities.

We are particularly excited to receive applications for projects in experimental print, book arts, community collaborations and more.

The residency period runs from January 2025 – December 2025.
Residencies for Baltic and Nordic Artists are 3 months in length.

Artists must be resident in one of the Nordic Countries (Denmark, Finland, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Åland) or the Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) – the invited artist should have a permanent address in one of these countries. However, it is not necessary for the invited artists to have Nordic or Baltic nationality. We are looking for artists who have at least 5 years of professional experience.
