Prints in Parallel is an exhibition of the TYPA artists in residency during the summer of 2021, demonstrating a range of techniques – including Monoprint, Analogue Photography, Letterpress and Relief.
This international group of artists explores and develops novel approaches to analogue techniques in printmaking and graphic arts. Each has appropriated the tools and equipment at TYPA through their own process and style. The works overlap and complement each other – inspired by the unique collection of TYPA, Tartu and the new environment of Estonia. The pieces presented are a culmination of five months of residency programs.
