Scrap Night vol. 2 — ZINE

Our second Scrap Evening will take place on Friday, 11th April at 5:30 PM! This edition’s theme is zine making.

Zine is a DIY booklet on whatever topic currently interests you, either it’s your favourite band, the efficiency of solar panels, your best family recipes for broccoli or 18th century French poetry. You can freely mix text and illustrations in various techniques, experiment with paper folding techniques (we’ll be happy to show you a few tricks!), you can make something unique or something that’s just easy to copy and share. Come dive into zine culture with us!

The events are our voluntary project, carried out by TYPA’s ESC volunteer Asia and education manager Karoliina. The aim of this is to reduce the leftover scrap waste we have at TYPA.

Due to the rising prices of snacks there will be a symbolic fee of 1 euro so everybody could have a sweet treat to keep up the mood
No registration is required — there will be enough materials for everybody.

The first rule of Scrap Club is to have fun and be yourself!
