Estonian Independence Day at TYPA
Everyone is invited to the Estonian Independence Day celebration at the TYPA center to make blue-black-white paper from cornflowers!
Handmade paper workshop is free.
You can come to the workshop between: 12:00-15:00
Workshop is conducted in English and Estonian.
Museum tours are held as usual in Estonian and English. During the interactive guided tour, we introduce the journey of paper from China to Estonia and the history of the birth of printing art in Europe. You can look into our wood and metal type collections and see different printing presses and the art of binding. During the tour, you can make handmade paper and print your own postcard.
Price for the tour: 13€, 7€ with discount.
Members of Perekaart get -10% discount.
We close the doors at 3pm to go celebrate the Independence day with our families.
