These are just few words describing the fascinating working environment in which Bita Razavi finds herself in Tartu.<\/p>\n<p>Bita aims to explore and study ways of renovation of different eras. At the moment, she is commited to a century-old apartment in Karlova, peeling off layers of the past. The next stage will be a renovation, based only on recycled materials.<\/p>\n<p>In February a Hungarian cinematographer Mara Jelinko filmed for two days at the apartment.
