Se\u00e7kin Aydin, the first artist in residence of Tartu AiR, has opened his\u00a0exhibition, ‘GlobaliFashion: Estonia’ in Antonius Guild. The work Se\u00e7kin\u00a0produced during his month-long residency presents ideas about the effect<\/p>\n

globalization is having on tradition cultures around the world, focusing\u00a0on Estonian traditional costumes. Se\u00e7kin has previously worked on a similar\u00a0project in the Czech Republic, and after leaving Estonia he will\u00a0continue to work on the same themes in residencies in Turkey and Iraq.\u00a0He also plans to return to Tartu in August. The exhibition runs until\u00a0June 10th at Lutsu 3, and is open 12:00 \u2013 20:00, Wednesday to Sunday.<\/p>\n
