To celebrate this, we invite you to TYPA on the 13th of September to take part of a unique curators tour and lecture which introduces the heritage of Estonian metal types during first Independence period.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Type casting and related knowledge are a disappearing art, which has regardless paved the road for our everyday print solutions and the power of printed word. On the 28th of August we opened a new exhibition at TYPA gallery titled &#8220;Constellations in Metal, which looks into the production and usage of metal types in Estonia and other Baltic countries during the interwar period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Programme on 13.09:<\/strong><br>At 11.00: Curators tour at exhibition &#8220;Constellations in Metal&#8221; in Estonian. Conducted by Danila Rygovskiy.<br>At 12.00: Lecture by Ivar Sakk, \u201cTr\u00fckikiri Eestis 1918-1940. aastatel: tr\u00fckikojad, tr\u00fckit\u00fc\u00fcbid, kirjavalamisvabrikud&#8221; (In Estonian).<br>At 13.00: Curators tour at exhibition &#8220;Constellations in Metal&#8221; in English. Conducted by Danila Rygovskiy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation is free!
